We currently ship throughout the United States. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Shipping cost is the buyers responsibility and will be determined at checkout based on the orders dimensions, weight, and where it is being shipped.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

We are a closeout and liquidation distributor so we are not experts on the products that we sell. For this reason, we are unable to provide product related support for you or your customers. Please research any product related questions on your own starting with Google or contacting the manufacturer.

Our invoices sometimes work for Amazon ungating, but we do NOT guarantee that they will. Please make sure that you are already ungated on a product before you submit a purchase order to your account rep. Items not removed (meaning you have not provided us with shipping labels) from our facility within 2 weeks of payment will be considered forfeited by the buyer and we will begin remarketing the items to a new buyer without providing a refund, we are not a storage facility and it is your responsibility to promptly ensure your inventory is removed. There are no exceptions to this policy, especially not regarding ungating issues. If you have a purchase order greater than $5,000 that you would like to submit, but need help with ungating for that purchase order, please contact your account rep for help with guaranteed ungating.

LV Distribution does not accept returns. All sales are final and must be removed from our warehouse within 2 weeks of receiving order dimensions. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure they are approved to sell the products they purchase from our catalogue.
