Do i need a buyer's license?

Do I need to have a business license, resellers certificate, corporation or do I have to open an account to buy from Single Sku Wholesale?

No, anyone with an address to receive products can purchase from singlesku.com. We are open to the wholesale public. No business license, resellers certificate, corporation or any additional business paperwork is required.

Signining up for an account Is free and speaking with a sales representative gives you access to wholesale pricing.

*A reseller's certificate is required to avoid sales tax on all of your purchases.

Do your Invoices work for ungating?

We do not provide ungating services.

We are happy to share our knowledge related to ungating methods however we do not claim to ungate products for our customers.

Your sales history and account health are two factors we cannot control that amazon considers when they decide who is approved to sell and who is not.

We can not guarantee amazon will approve you to sell a product simply using our invoice. Just because products are authentic and came from an authorized distributor does not mean you will get approved to sell the products/brands.

We advise our clients to only purchase products they are already approved to sell.

How can i place an order?

We make placing orders simple:

* Through our website – just add the items you are interested in purchasing to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to submit your order.

* By emailing us at admin@leisterventures.com Send us the items you are interested in ordering, your contact and shipping information and one of our sales representatives will contact you with your total and payment options.

* By phone; feel free to call us at 443-873-0612 and we will be more than happy to take your order.

* In person by visiting our Hunt Valley, MD location.

Do i have to pay sales tax?

By law we must charge sales tax when selling to customers who do not have a resale license. 

Unfortunately there are no exceptions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We try to make paying for your order as easy as possible through our secure payment processor hosted by Melio.

We Accept:

* Credit Card Payments (2.9% processing fee)

* ACH Bank Transfer (No fee)

* Direct Wire (No fee)

Shipping

How does shipping work?

Shipping on all orders, unless otherwise noted, is always FOB our warehouse in MD 21031. Most of our customers choose to have inventory shipped directly to Amazon FBA facilities which we can accommodate.

Once your invoice has been marked as paid and funded, Our outbound team will contact you with shipping dimensions and instructions.

We normally do not offer free freight, the cost of shipping is your responsibility. Items not removed (meaning you have not provided us with shipping labels) from our facility within 2 weeks of payment will be considered forfeited by the buyer and we will begin remarketing the items to a new buyer without providing a refund.

We are not a storage facility and it is your responsibility to ensure your inventory is removed from our warehouse in a timely manner.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.

Bulk orders will take 10-15 days.

Product Condition & Categories

Are the products your sell brand new?

We currently work with some of the largest retailers and direct contract holder closeout programs.

Closeouts: Products that are sold at a significantly reduced price to clear out existing inventory, often because they are no longer in season, discontinued, or are part of a store closing or liquidation sale.

Overstock:  Products that never left the retailers warehouse or distribution center. These items are 100% brand new but there is a possibility that they are short dated.

Shelf Pulls: These items generally get liquidated because of numerous reasons; Packaging has changed, seasonal items, getting close to their expiration date, etc. These items are usually in better condition than returns, though they still may have retail & discount stickers. The packaging may be a little dinged and dented due to the way they are stored once they are cleared off of store shelves and may even be short dated.

Are there any risks when purchasing these items?

*Always make sure you do your own due diligence before purchasing from any distributor.

There is always a risk when purchasing closeouts and overstock. Especially depending on where you are purchasing them from. Some companies have been known to pass off customer returns as shelf pulled items or completely mislead customers on what they are selling.

A lot of customers have the misconception that they will double or triple their money every time. Which may not always be the case. The majority of experienced buyers purchase multiple Products at once to minimize their risk. Let’s say you purchase 6 products, there is a possibility that 1 or 2 products may not be that profitable, but the remaining products will make up for the bad ones.

Please keep in mind that due to the large number of liquidators in the US today it is very important to only deal with reputable companies. Just because a company has a website does not necessarily make them reputable nor does it guarantee that they actually have a physical location and stock their own inventory. Make sure they allow you to visit their facilities without requiring a fee, so you can inspect your items and see their operation first hand.

Single Sku Wholesale prides itself in our transparency and honesty with our clients. We would rather be 100% upfront with our customers and have them not buy from us, than to mislead just for the sake of closing one deal. The margins we work with are so low that we require repeat business to stay profitable. We need our customers to be successful and profitable so we can be.

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer Returns or Refunds?

We will only issue refunds or accept returns if you have received different products than what you purchased.

Can i see your warehouse & products before i purchase?

Yes of course! We love when customers want to visit us in person or schedule a zoom call so we can showcase our warehouse operations and all of our products.

Feel free to contact your sales representative and schedule a visit or virtual call to inspect the units.

Do you provide a inventory list with UPC's?

Yes you can download our inventory file from the Help Center or by clicking the Download Inventory link located at the top right of our website.

We receive a lot of emails from Amazon sellers requesting inventory lists with UPC’s and ASIN’s. Visit our contact page and you will be assigned a sales rep who can help you navigate our inventory efficiently.

Do you do Drop Shipping?

We do not offer dropshipping.

We do not fullfill FBM orders.

What you can do is provide us with shipping labels and we will be more than happy to ship your order to your preferred warehouse or prep center.
